I love the annual Agraryo fair. Of all the expos that happen during the year, the Agraryo has the best decorated booths there is. Almost everything is so well presented most everything is made from locally sourced natural resources. It's all very Pinoy.

The Agraryo trade fair is organized by the Department of Agrarian Reform to celebrate the extension of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).

It's sort of a showcase of the best from small producers per regoin and includes booth food and handicraft products.

The expo was not as big, in terms of space occupied this year but the products presented seemed to have been well selected.

It's so wonderful to see how much the products from our local producers have improved over the years. I remember a years back when some of the products on display at the Agraryo were packaged in plain PE or PP bags and the labels were just pieces of paper with the name of the manufacturer stamped on it.

Maybe I should post some of the photos from the very first few Agraryo fairs...

Another thing I love about Agraryo is, here is where you see products commonly taken for granted in the local markets, these underappreciated products are put through quality control, GMP systems, dressed up in internationally compliant packaging, and voila they are transformed into international gourmet products.

The Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries also have an annual mural contest. I took photos of those too for you art lovers out there. The first 4 murals were last years winner, the rest are this years entries. The very nice gentlemen at the display area explained to me that these are just photos of the actual murals which are in reality just too big to transport.
